Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Please note that, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of any opened items.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund — simply contact us within 30 days of purchase at customercare@stiltec.com.au

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once returned items have been received and inspected.
