From November 1, 2024, Macutec Essentials is moving to a new easy to swallow,
gentle to the stomach, tablet dosage form.
This new tablet contains a lower zinc dosage, which is gentler to the stomach, but be assured, the 2-a-day dosage still provides a level of zinc which has proven to be
clinically effective!
The level of all other ingredients remains unchanged.
We know that many of you who take this product do so because you prefer to take a product that is easier to swallow than our larger Macutec Once Daily capsule. With this in mind, the new smaller Macutec Essentials tablet has been scored down the middle so it can be broken in half making swallowing even easier.
A further benefit of the new formulation is that as it is no longer a gelatin capsule, the product is now suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
