I started using Lacritec after I was diagnosed with dry eyes. Before I knew I had dry eyes, my eyelids would be stuck together during my sleep and I would have to pry my eyes open in the morning. After using Lacritec for over 12 months, I noticed a great improvement in my eyes after the first six weeks. I have continued using Lacritec because of the vast improvement in my eye health. My eyes have definitely improved and sometimes I even forgot to add drops to my eyes because they feel almost normal. I would definitely, highly recommend this product for eye health.

Dosage
- The dosage can vary both due to your weight and the severity of the symptoms. We recommend patients to start at 3 per day for the first 6 weeks, the dosage can then be reduced to 2 per day, and if symptoms reappear or get worse the dosage can be increased back up to 3 per day.
- This is very individual but you may take the daily dose of Lacritec all at once if you tolerate them well, other people may find that they require a meal. Some people like to split them and have 2 in the evening or morning and 1 at night.
